....and they lived happily ever after.
This bridal shower was rad though, I walk in and all the ladies are sitting on the ground with pillows surrounding the outside porch in a tranquil setting by the beach with a little water dwelling to look and meditate upon. The weather during the daylight was perfect. The Indian food was awesome, and the aesthetic of the whole set up has inspired me to redesign a bit.
The night was unique and fit DeAndra perfectly, very chill with some great twists. A lovely henna artist who was very sweet and pleasant to chat with, great desserts and yummy tea, I chose jasmine mint with orange blossom honey. AMAZING. When night hit, the festivities increased, candles lit, the outside porch now with a reddish tint, complete with a belly dancer and lovely women learning how to belly dance. This was probably one of the most entertaining events of my life. The final call for closing time were some final words from Jeff, DeAndra's fiance who put together a video and had all the women in tears because of the last words about DeAndra having his heart and guarding it as her own, it was beautiful and couldn't be more perfect. Then we prayed for DeAndra and her new journey which was really powerful.
I'd say a pretty successful night, here are some photos to try to convey how beautiful this shower was.

I went to a baby shower very similar to this recently.
We did henna all over Beryl's belly. It was stunning!
