Can't wait to update you more and share some photos from the last few weeks. I think you'll forgive me once you see the journey I was on.
Although, at the moment you can't really really tell as I'm in a comfy white robe catching up on the office. I would really love to be doing yoga or doing something more productive but the world is not ready to see my chipmunk face.
I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. All four of them. It was kind of a blur. I was talking to the surgeon about California and South Africa and poof, my thought process was gone. Along with my teeth. Then the nurse put me in a wheelchair and I went home. By doctor's orders, I was required to eat something before I took my medication. The eating method completely failed solely because I couldn't feel my mouth. I took my meds anyway, which in return was another huge failure. Dizzy, nauseous, then felt feverish. Second time around went a little better.
So now, I'm on day two and all I want is a huge plate of sushi and a burger. Instead, I've had mashed potatoes and gravy, icecream and an avocado. I attempted soup but chewing chicken wasn't an option and swallowing chicken seemed like a potential hazard.
On the plus side, I had my first cup of coffee after googling if it was safe. A-okay! It's the little things.
I will spare you the rest of the details and spare you a photo of my swollen face. Which is bigger than the day before.
///edit/// i slightly lied. I do remember something from getting my wisdom teeth extraction. I heard a loud sound and felt like I was on some egyptian tour and I was an egyptian exploring ancient pyramids and such...not really sure how that plays into anything ///end edit///
