Krochet Kids
Hello Friends,
I don't do this often but I wanted to share a non-profit with you.
Krochet Kids International
I first came across this organization before they were even really an organization. Through some friends of friends in 2006 I ended up at a random beach house with a bunch of surfer boys, sitting in their bathrobes crocheting. True story.
Since then these guys have started something huge in Uganda and now Peru. Creating jobs for women and enabling them to have a trade to make a living. But it goes beyond that... I encourage you all to read up on them. So many lives have been affected for the better and so much hope has been instilled. It gives me chills just thinking about it.

These are a few of my favorite things
someday, someday

Here are a few things that I'm really excited about this year.
A couple items go toward great causes. Seriously, check out 31 bits and Krochet Kids. Both of their winter lines were just launched! A couple are guilty pleasures. While another just seems like a blast to learn. I have one more favorite thing. Okay, not so much a thing but the cutest baby girl, Cayla Lynn. She's a doll and I can't wait to document more of her life.
